Chapter 105

• Nick’s POV
• I had never read up on Seff and what she could do, but when I watched how she reacted to the Vampire King's bite, I thought she was going to go crazy. She killed almost everyone in the room except a few of us. I managed to dodge her claws, she was out of it and I knew this wasn't how she was supposed to be. I wanted to know if there was something I could do to help her, but I wasn't entirely sure she could come back from the darkness that she was facing. I felt powerless to help my friend, and now that her wolf was out it was a little worse than I thought.
• Watching her fight all the vampires and few Lycans that came in to help everyone else. I wasn't sure where I should stand, I knew I didn’t want to die and I knew Seff was unstable because of what the vampire King did to her, but I also knew she wouldn't hurt me on purpose.
