• Detective Marks POV
• Throwing Oliver in the waiting cell was the best thing for me today. I knew arresting him would only cause him to hate me more, and that was what I wanted. I wanted to make sure he knew his place, I was going to get his little mate, and there wasn't anything he was going to do about it. I wanted to see how much I could provoke him, but I knew I had to be careful when it came to doing this in front of humans. Things could go bad here, and that was something I couldn’t afford at least not yet.
• “Why is Oliver Stone sitting in my cells?” Captain Asshat whined. “You know the last time he was arrested he made things worse here.”
