• Making it to Oliver’s pack lands I was exhausted, I was glad he didn’t hold anything against me. I was still a little worried about how he was going to be once she was back with him. I wanted to be in her life, but I knew she wouldn't have much time to mess around in the world when she became his Luna. I understood the whole werewolf world, I was able to research it while King Nathaniel was in charge, after he was taken from his position King Gideon had everything destroyed.
• He didn’t want anyone knowing anything about them, but in reality, the werewolves were peaceful people and I wished we were one instead of Lycans. Lycans only cared about one thing and that was power, something every one of them would do to betray each other just for that short-term power, it made me sick of calling myself a Lycan.
