• “Hello. How are you doing?” Samantha asks her, as pleasant as can be. Meghan's brows furrow as she regards her.
• “I’m fine. Wait! Don’t I know you?” Meghan asks.
• “Do you?” Samantha asks in turn, raising one eyebrow and reclining further on the sofa so that her belly shoots out. Even though she is not showing much, it is obvious that she is pregnant. I watch as Meghan’s eyes well with tears and she sends an accusatory look my way.
