Chapter 63 Wasted (Two)

• I don’t reply, but I don’t stop her either. She takes off my clothes, and soon, I’m standing before her as naked as the day I was born. I note that she’s staring at my naked body in a peculiar way, not at all the way one would stare at a brother, and I hide a smile.
• Although I’m not in the least bit interested in her, I feel kind of flattered, and my ego, which was shattered by Jessica’s shunning of me, makes a major comeback. I take the world’s quickest shower, bid Bianca goodnight, and collapse into my bed, falling sound asleep within minutes.
• I wake up what must have been hours later, disoriented at first when I realize that I’m kissing somebody. I had been dreaming that Jessica and I were still back on the island and I was kissing and making love to her. I quickly realize that I’m performing the same action of having sex, and Jessica has somehow followed me from the dream into real life.
