Chapter 111 Beyond Stubborn (One)

• Two days later, I’m sitting in front of Charles’s house in the idling rented car that I bought and waiting for him to drive out of his gate and away to work for most of the day. I have to admit that the fact that Charles absolutely refuses to act like most of the rich men I know, Sebastian included, is working to my advantage now.
• Before it used to piss me off that he lived in such a house that was unbecoming of his status as a multi-millionaire. It’s not that the house is bad, per se. It’s just not something any rich person should live in. It’s a simple, modest house, with a small fence and without any serious security whatsoever, but again this is working to my advantage now that I have to move in in his absence.
