Chapter 27 Another Nightmare (Two)

• “That’s it. You’re alright. Don’t let her get to you. I’m right here.” He assures me sadly, holding me as tightly as I need to be held at that moment. I cry into his chest, wishing he didn’t have to see me like this and I could just be as normal as I once was. Finally, my tears are spent and he releases me.
• “No, please. Just hold me for some time, if that’s okay by you.” I beg him.
• “Of course, it’s okay by me.” He says and takes me in his arms again.
