• Lena's heart raced as she threw herself from the bed to the floor as soon as she opened her eyes. She lowered her head, attempting to remember how she got onto Don's bed in the first place. She realized she had been the only person in the room when the door opened.
• Alpha Don cleared his throat and walked closer to the bed, dropping his belt. “What are you doing on the floor?”
