Chapter 29

• After the business meeting came to an end and the contract was signed, Lena, who had already developed a scorching heat in her, excused herself. She requested to be taken to the restroom, but there, she wanted to ease her feelings and release herself before heading out of the building.
• Upon entering, she shook her head while gazing at her reflection in the nearby mirror. "In the end, it was a successful conclusion. My job should remain that of a slave, instead of one that would make me anxious to the point of a heart attack." Taking the wipes she saw there, she used them to wipe the perspiration off her forehead before leaving the room.
• A hand touched her shoulder as she was walking along the corridor that would lead to the meeting room, and she snapped her head back to see a guy in a mask. She turned to face the man and stepped backward, tripping over another foot and falling into his arms.
