• I was shocked when Dr. Eliza Morton told me that my son had nearly been run over by a car, all to save Clara Whitmore's son, James. First, he gets burned because of her; now, he goes and puts his life in danger for her child. That woman is a plague! If this continues, she'll have Edward killed.
• I must get her out of Bristol as soon as possible. Eliza informed me that the fire destroyed her flat and she has lost her job. This is the perfect time to turn the screw. I'll capitalize on her misfortune, pay her off to leave, and keep her away from my son for good.
