Chapter 37
- POV: Oliver Whitfield
- I drove a long way, worried about Clara Whitmore, so I turned around and drove back to where I had left her. The ground was empty, and part of me hoped that she hadn't been kidnapped. Although I care about her, the thought of her being so horrible to me makes my blood boil. It would be her doing if she was kidnapped. Let us see if you can still be so cocky, I thought. But again, I feared, so I called Simon Price and told him to get Mole to find out where she was.
- Simon muttered to himself, What's wrong with Mr. Whitfield? It is not advisable for me to fight him. He did not dare to reject him. When he called Mole, he learned Clara called him on her way home. I was thankful and drove to the hospital.
