Chapter 53

• Sophia's screen displayed Jake's picture. It was a picture she took of him. She first met him 4 years ago. In the picture, Jake was smiling brightly unaware that someone in a corner admired him and took a picture of him. Sophia vividly remembered she saw Jake first in a club, she went to that club to party with her colleagues when she landed her eyes on the most handsome human she has ever come across. Sophia continued staring at the picture as events of that day poured back into her mind and how he helped her four years ago.
