• Xavier was surprised to see Amber barge into his office and the look on her face showed she wasn't pleased, she must've overheard Charlotte.
• Charlotte words were cut off by the sudden intrusion, she wondered who dare to enter Xavier's office without knocking first. She turned towards the door to see a young lady dressed cooperative. "And you are?" Amber couldn't believe her ears, this woman sure thinks she owns this place. Here she was thinking she would be getting an apology, not like she was expecting one anyway. Amber cleared her throat,"I'm Mr Xavier's Personal secretary, the one you were complaining about earlier". Charlotte paused and looked at Amber up and down, so this was the smart secretary that got Xavier smiling unknowingly, she wasn't that bad but Charlotte was sure she beat her in beauty and modesty. She looked at Amber and said,"Well, you should know the rules, what if Xavier had an emergency meeting or a pending call and you aren't there to deliver, what would then become of him".
• Amber was taken aback by her confidence, just who the he** did she think she is, Amber thought this woman before her was Xavier's sister seeing as she and Xavier's mum both have the same attitude but she couldn't care less. Amber looked at her back,"Apparently there was no emergency of any sorts and moreover Mr De Vil isn't complaining, why should you?" Xavier watched in amusement as he watched the drama between them unfold, who would've thought Amber got it in her to act like this. Charlotte was furious, this secretary got some nerves to act this way. She wondered why Xavier was silent anyway. She turned towards him in anger,"Why aren't you saying anything?"
