• By the time Corey opened his eyes, all he could see was the white ceiling. A turn of his head reminded him where he was and why he was there. Trisha was the first to rush to him, her hands frantically touching him to check if he was alright.
• “Are you alright?” Trisha asked.
• “Corey” Peter called as Corey sighed softly while he tried to sit up on the bed. Trisha slowly helped him sit down on the bed and they all watched in astonishment as Corey tore off the drains on his body. His face even didn’t wince as he pulled the wires from his body.
