Chapter 145

• John chuckled lightly upon hearing Zara’s statement. He wanted to say they hadn’t even celebrated one week of friendship yet he was already so important in her life but he swallowed down the question and looked outside his window instead.
• “When will you be back?” John asked instead. John held as Zara told someone to put her stuffs in the boot and realized that Zara had just gotten off the airplane.
• “It depends on the situation. It sounds quite serious but they might just be fussing over it” Zara replied and John suddenly realized that whatever was the issue that must have required Zara’s presence herself must be quite serious.
