Chapter 171

• Kiara pursed her lips as she stood at the door of the house not knowing whether to know or not. She turned to face Cullen who was below the stairs and the latter beamed a huge smile at her. Kiara sighed and she finally knocked on the door.
• She had been so disengaged from herself that Cullen had to take her home and she cried two barrels of tears. She soon calmed down and Cullen asked her the next line of action. First, Kiara decided to go and see her parents. The kind of pain and hurt they might have been going through all these years, she didn’t dare imagine it.
• So the next morning, instead of going to work, they both took excuses and Cullen drove to Kiara’s parents house. Kiara was very nervous as she felt someone walking towards the door, the keys clanking and then the doorknob turning.
