Chapter 82

• It had been one week since Corey had joined hands with the CIA to find his parents and Natalia’s father. Much to the CIA shock, the secrets that were unrivalled were much larger that they thought and they had to bring in the higher ups. More evidences and more evidences were been found and what was more, everyone was certain that these agents that had disappeared for over fourteen years could still be somewhere waiting to be found and saved and this was even confirmed when a program was found and shockingly it was Morse code to tell the agency that one of the agents had rebelled and changed sides and they needed urgent help but somehow the program had mixed with other programs and seven years later, they were just seeing it.
• For everyone, they would easily say the week had been stressful and horrendous for them but for Corey and Natalia, it had to be the time where their mental health was tasked the most. Ever since raw evidence had been found against her father, Natalia had found it hard to even glance at Corey’s direction, she was becoming even more uncomfortable at the base but Director Fiona had suddenly told her that whatever they found had nothing to do with her. Whether her father had betrayed the agency or not, it had nothing to do with her. Except she was no longer interested, she would always be an agent and nobody could change that.
• She and Corey had barely exchanged a single word with each other since the beginning of the whole episode. Corey had turned the base into his own territory. Some more girls had arrived and they had taken over the hacking system of the base and even if the CIA didn’t want them; they had no choice because none of them could deny that most of the girls, all actually were and even one of the girl was equal to at least ten of their best hackers not to talk of about ten girls but together.
