• The whole ride to the studio was filled with silence. None of us said a word to break the awkwardness between us. When we arrive, Alex steps out of the car, fixing his shirt and his shades—leaving me behind in the car.
• I roll my eyes as I step out, closing the door behind me. Looking around, I see that everyone is busy walking around either holding clothes or makeup boxes. I look down at my ripped jeans and loose top which shows a little bit of my bra.
