• The sound of the shower running Wednesday morning had Kaia opening her eyes. She stirred in bed, and when her eyes fully opened, she smiled, taking in her surroundings.
• She was in Kai’s bed.
• Memories of the events from the previous night flooded her mind, causing a whirlwind of emotions to spread throughout her body. Not only from last night but since they checked out of the hotel and returned to the villa, Kai had insisted that Kaia spend every night with him.
