Chapter 18 Solace Found

• Nora woke up the next morning curled up in a ball, and millions of thoughts raced through her head. She was certain that she had fallen asleep on the cold, hard floor last night, and somehow, she had woken up in bed this morning. She didn't know how she got there but getting an answer to that was the least of her worries.
• The emotional pains she felt from the revelation of the initial plan Lord Damon's family had for King Derek, left an ache that spread through her, and the fact that the clock was ticking, and she had not gotten any clue about the hidden memory from her past life, which holds the key to her redemption, baffled her the more.
