Chapter 12 Burning Desire

• His heart was pounding by the time he left the meeting room, but his anger was quickly replaced by the need to hold Daphne in his hands and never let go. He couldn't explain the feeling, but he feels drawn to her.
• Alpha Derek decides to go out with Beta Ryan to one of his relaxation spots, it's about a twenty minute drive from the palace, to cool off from the tension the meeting had caused him.
