Chapter 31 Lost Dreams

• Xiomara felt that in her heart, she looked around taking notice of everything they had done, they were right after all, that was what true friendship was and definitely what she shared with Eleanor for a long time. She walked towards the table which had Genesis Dean's name on it. "Did they leave a table for the dead?" Xiomara thought. "You guy said you thought I died so why leave a table for me?" Xiomara asked. "Yes," Grethel began walking towards her. There used to be an alter, in honour of you, we had your picture and placed incense here daily but after we saw you, we changed it into your own table, this is your dream and I know you would want to continue from where we stopped in taking care of kids," Grethel said. Xiomara tried to say something but a soft knock interrupted her.
• Monalisa unlocked the door and a young lady walked in holding a tray of coffee, "The secretary told me you had a visitor so I thought it wise to get a cup of coffee for you guys" She said with a smile on her face. She was putting on cooperate attire and looked like a senior staff in the daycare. "Oh that's Anna, that was so thoughtful of you," Monalisa said opening the door for her to come in.
• Anna walked in to see Grethel standing beside another feminine figure who was facing Genesis Dean's alter which seemed to be missing now. "The alter....?" Anna asked surprised, she haven't entered the office for the past one week so she wasn't aware that Monalisa and Grethel already got rid of the alter.
