• Xiomara felt a spark of electricity flash through her body as she heard Rosalia say those words. She exhaled a bit trying to get herself together. "That's good to know, but why are the one calling me, I was actually expecting the call from..."
• "My brother," Rosalie scoffed. "Yeah, he is busy speaking to the new doctor we got for father, You know, father improved well since after you left, thanks to the new doctor we got and he is perfectly fine, in fact, he would be discharged in no time," Rosalia paused for a while as a sharp smile spread across her lips. "And do you know what that means? You would be going back to the puppet you used to be, the nobody and of course, everything would go back to normal," Rosalia said, making Xiomara scoff which seem to bring out a frown on Risalia's face, she had been expecting her to shiver but it appeared she didn't know her stepmother just yet. "Oh really, I wouldn't be too sure of that, if I were you, but darling, it's good to know that the doctor and new drugs worked on your father, now I don't have to worry about you anymore, send my regards to him and I would be sending flowers over to him since I can't come myself, I still have tons of things to take care of, be sure not to call me again, your legal guardian is awake, bye," Xiomara said those words as fast as possible and ended the call even before Rosalia could say any other thing.
• She quickly dialled a private number and within a few minutes of ringing the owner answered the call. The deep masculine voice sounded familiar to her so there was no need to exchange greetings. "I was informed that Corrado Rocco is awake, get me every piece of information you can lay your hands on regarding the new doctor and of course, make sure Corrado doesn't speak, Do you understand?" Xiomara said in one breath. "Sure, just four days," The deep masculine voice echoed in Xiomara's ears. "Three days and you get times two of the payment, Deal?" Xiomara said, she was desperate and she needed to do something fast before Corrado gets healthier to the extent of blabbing about what happened to him, even though it might not be big enough to destroy her but it's going to be a big blow which would leave a scar and war might break out, besides she needs Richelmo's support and it could destroy it. "Deal," he said and the call ended. Xiomara quickly texted Richelmo before walking back to join the rest.
