• It was as if the world around the main hall suddenly stopped. Louisa and Nico stepped closer to each other without breaking their gaze. When they are mere inches apart, “MATE,” they once muttered at the same time. Nico extended his hand to Louisa, palms facing up, and she placed her hand into his in response. Without a word, they swiftly walked out of the room and found a quiet corner in the lobby of the packhouse.
• A few moments later, Nathan and Sebastian came to see Agatha. “It seems Nico found his mate, baby,” Seb shrugged as his eyes locked with his mate with a faint smile. Sebastian was now happy that the moon goddess had alleviated two complications for them. Just then, Gloria approached Seb. She opened her mouth to say something, but her body stiffened as her gaze fell on Nathan. She abruptly covered her mouth with the palm of her hand, and her eyes turned red instantly. Everyone around them was confused.
