• I looked up at the sky just in time to witness how the indigo color was fighting for dominance against its darker shade. The sun was just below the horizon, waiting to shine and vanquish any unwanted shadows looming on every corner of the deep forest.
• Today is the day we start our journey, leaving the deep forest the same way we arrived. The boys shifted into their wolf forms, strapping their belongings on their backs as they dashed across the forest while I piggybacked on Nico.
