Chapter 78 It Was Real

  • [Agatha’s POV]
  • A screeching sound escaped my throat as my feet touched the ground. I scanned my surroundings to see the cloaked men stacked in a heap, unconscious, with a jolt of electricity still hitting random spots, earning some painful groans. Mom, Aunt Hazel, and Elaine stood on the far end of the room, which I assume was the lower level of the pack company where the Phoenicia Covenant held its headquarters. Their eyes sparkled as they stared at me. I was confused, “What’s going on? Why are you looking at me like that?” I asked, meeting their gazes one by one.
  • Elaine’s smile widened. “Eon was right. Your children are joining you in the fight, Agatha, " she said. That was supposed to answer my question and eliminate my confusion, but it didn’t help at all. What does she mean by saying that my children are with me? They are just a month old; they do not even have a human form yet. Mom stepped forward, and I turned my attention toward her. She waved her hand at me from up to down, and I followed her gaze to see myself.
