Chapter 29 Held Captive
- [Agatha’s POV]
- My eyes fluttered. I had to cover my eyes from the blinding light. After three attempts, my vision adjusted to the light, and I managed to open them. I scanned the unfamiliar surroundings. The room looks elegant with its classic color combination of gray and black. Very masculine, except it doesn’t have any windows. There are only two doors. I am assuming one is the entrance, and the other is perhaps a bathroom door.
- I spotted a small coffee table with two chairs in one corner and a small wooden cabinet with artificial decoration above it in the other corner near the bathroom door. The walls are bare, with no decorations, no paintings, and nothing flashy. And since there are no windows, it’s logical not to hang curtains. I shrugged at the weird concept of this room, taking minimalism to another level.
