Chapter 22 We Have To Defend

• There were soldiers inside the great wall on the ground waiting to receive command so when the Arkians began to move to the east, south, and north sides of the great wall, the soldiers were separated into 3 groups, and leaders were assigned to each of the group.
• King Hartley ordered head General Ben with all the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris to lead 300 thousand archers and 600 thousand combat soldiers to the east battlement of the great wall. King Hartley ordered King Neur, King Jeff, priestess Mary, and General Baci to lead 300 thousand archers and 600 thousand combat soldiers to the south great wall battlement. King Hartley ordered King Kung Lim, King Zuch, and General Faruk to lead 150 thousand archers and 600 thousand combat soldiers to the north great wall battlements saying to them that the Arkians might find it hard to attack the north wall because of the mountain. While King Hartley, Queen Rebeca, King Rahim, King Duran, and General Dre continue to keep the Ram Arkians at bay with the archers and Queen Rebeca's magic. The remaining combat soldiers remained aslo remained stationed on the ground.
• King Hartley knew the east great wall battlement would be the most vulnerable out of all the other battlements because there wouldn’t be a priestess to help them against the Ram Arkians that would be thrown toward the battlement that was why King Hartley sent head General Ben, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris to lead the soldiers there knowing the head General and General Heron are way experienced and the princes and Princess Aris are young ones trying to prove their worth so that will help them in battle.
• The other Kings, the princes, the princess, the great general, the priestess, the other generals, and the soldiers ran along with the Arkians through the battlement as the Arkians moved to the east, south, and north side of the wall. The other Kings, the princes, the princess, the great general, the priestess, the other generals, and the soldiers first the Arkians to get to the north, south, and east great wall battlements, and immediately they got there, they were all set up their formation to battle the Arkians.
• The whole part of the great wall battlements could be seen full of soldiers ready to lay down their lives against the Arkians that were surrounding the whole of the great wall while the archers were still holding off the Ram Arkians climbing the west wall with their arrows.
• Immediately after the soldiers, the princes, Princess Aris, and General Heron set up formation on the east battlement and took their places, head General Ben said courageously to everyone in the east battlement “we will be the ones fighting the main battle, and no matter what, we are not let the Arkians breach the east wall. We don’t have a priestess who would protect us from Ram Arkians that would be thrown by the Grim Arkians to our battlement but we have our vengeance, our bravery, and our will of survival. With that, we will show them hell and kill any Arkains that step their foot into our battlement. Are you with me?”.
• The soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris cheered bravery and chanted “all hail the great general”.
• When the Arkians sent to the east side of the wall get to the east side of the wall they set up their usual formation. The Arkians split into three groups. The first group consisting of the Grim Arkains and the Ram Arkians moved forward to the wall to climb the wall, the second group which consisted of Grim Arkians and Ram Arkians stood behind to throw the Ram Arkians toward the battlement, and the third group consisting of the Damn Arkians and the Warf Arkians also stood behind to do nothing than to watch since there are shields to protect their arrows from killing anyone in the battlement.
• Head General Ben only got the archers ready when the first group of Arkians began to advance to the wall but when the first group of Arkians got to the wall and the Grim Arkians left the Ram Arkians to climb the wall, head General Ben ordered the archers to shoot their arrows. While the archers shoot down the Ram Arkians climbing the wall, head General Ben says out loud to the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris “get ready for the second group of Arkians attacked. Those of you holding the shields to protect the archers are not to join the attack. Your job is to watch out for the Damn Arkians arrows and keep the archers safe. The remaining are to fight with me”.
• “Yes sir” said the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris in a union.
• Immediately head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris saw the Grim Arkians wrapped their tails around the Ram Arkians, they all unsheathed their swords and got ready to fight once they got to the battlement.
• Many Ram Arkians from the second group were thrown by the Grim Arkians to the east wall battlement and head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris could do nothing but watch the Ram Arkians as they came toward the battlement on air and get ready to fight.
• Immediately after the Ram Arkians that were thrown landed on the battlement, head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris attacked the Ram Arkians without hesitation.
• When the Arkians that went to the South side of the great wall got to the south side of the great wall, they did the same thing the Arkians at the east side of the great wall did. The Arkians split themselves into three groups and attacked in their normal formation. The Damn Arkians could also not attack the soldiers with their arrows because the combat soldiers with shields will protect everyone in the south great wall battlement from getting hit by their arrows.
• King Neur took the command of the soldiers in the south great wall battlement and he was assisted by King Jeff and General Baci. With General Baci commanding the archers, the Ram Arkians that were climbing the wall to get to the battlement were not able to get to the battlement because of the archers that were raining arrows on them. Priestess Mary also made sure the Ram Arkians being thrown by the Grim Arkians toward the battlement were not able to get to the battlement, and she was very fast with the magical wall she was creating since she is the only priestess in the south great wall battlement.
• The Arkians sent to the north side of the great wall did not attack the wall when they got to the north side of the great wall. The Arkians did not do any formation or anything, and they all just stood together watching the soldiers and the leaders in the battlement.
• King Kung Lim, King Zuch, General Faruk, and the soldiers in the north great wall battlement did not find it weird that the Arkians were not attacking because King Hartley already told them that the Arkians might not attack them because the mountain was closer to the wall. But still, King Kung Lim, King Zuch, and General Faruk get the archers and combat soldiers ready in case the Arkians later change their minds and decide to attack.
• At the west side of the great wall, everything remained the way it was with the leaders and the soldiers winning the battle. The Arkians were only losing more of them to the archers who were shooting down the Ram Arkians with their arrows. Queen Rebeca also did not allow the Ram Arkians that were thrown toward the battlement to get to the battlement with the use of her magic that she used in creating magical walls to stop the Ram Arkians.
• At the east side of the great wall, it was very bloody but the soldiers and their leaders protected the wall from being breached with everything they had got. It was Princess Aris's first time fighting Arkians so it was hard for her to understand the battle and do well in the battle which almost cost her her life but she was saved by head General Ben who later showed her how to kill the Arkians.
• The fight in the east great wall battlement was crazy and shocking. The Ram Arkians crazily fought the combat soldiers with all their strength to end all the soldiers in the battlement but the combat soldiers and their leaders fought them back crazily too as their lives depended on it. During the battle, Princess Aris realized the reason why it was ordered that a female should not be allowed to join the army, and it was because you would have to become inhuman to fight the Arkians. Seeing the way everyone was fighting the Arkians, Princess Aris had no choice but to become crazy like them and fight the Arkians barbarically.
• While the combat soldiers fight the Ram Arkians that were thrown to the battlement, the archers continue to shoot the Ram Arkians climbing the wall. The archers wanted to shoot the Ram Arkians that were continuously being thrown to the battlement by the Grim Arkians before they got to the battlement but head General Ben ordered the archers to keep shooting and keep their eyes on the Ram Arkians climbing the wall, and leave the Ram Arkians that were being thrown to the battlement for him, the princes, General Heron, Princess Aris, and the combat soldiers to handle.
• The Ram Arkians on the battlement also want to attack the archers but head General Ben, the princes, General Heron, Princess Aris, and the combat soldiers prevent the Ram Arkians from attacking the archers putting their lives on the line.
• At the north side of the great wall, everything remained silent. The Arkians did not attack and King Kung Lim, King Zuch, General Faruk, and the soldiers remained where they were watching the Arkians' movement and were ready if the Arkians tried to surprise attack them.
• At the south side of the great wall, they were all winning the battle without losing a soldier just like the west and north, and it was all because they had priestess Mary to stop the Ram Arkians that were being thrown from getting to the battlement with her magic. They were also the archers to prevent the Ram Arkians with their arrows from getting to the battlement.
• The battle lasted till morning before all the Arkians retreated to the forest, and by that time, head General Ben, the surviving combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris at the east great wall battlement were all covered in the blood of the Ram Arkians and were tired.
• The Ram Arkians that get to the battlement make sure head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris know that they come for their lives, but head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and Princess Aris were not going to let them get it no matter what. Their bravery and commitment made sure they stopped the Ram Arkians from breaching the wall.
• Even though they were able to stop the Ram Arkians before all the Arkians retreated to the forest, a lot of combat soldiers were lost to the Arkians and wounded but many of the Ram Arkians were also killed by head General Ben, the combat soldiers, the princes, General Heron, and princess Aris. By the time the Arkians retreat, the archers are also tired and their hands are swollen due to the many shootings.
• Those at the north, south, and west great wall battlements were happy with the result they got since they did not lose any soldiers to the Arkians.
• After the Arkians retreated, all the soldiers retreated into the city to be treated, rested, and eat while the soldiers that didn’t fight were stationed in the west battlement to report the Arkians' movement.
