Chapter 10 It Hasn't Ended

  • EARTH
  • Priestess Yen is a powerful priestess and she is respected in all of the invisible world. People go to her concerning many things and are words are known to always be true. She is also known to be kind and caring so people respect her words.
  • Immediately it was morning, Priestess Yen called an artist so she could give him the description of the creatures she saw in her dream and the description of the kingdoms’ symbols she saw in her dream. Priestess Yen was careful and good with her description which made it possible for the artist to be able to draw what she described. When priestess Yen looked at what the artist had drawn, she paid him well and praised him for his handwork because he drew exactly what she saw in her dream.
  • Priestess Yen went to meet General Zulu and showed him the drawing of the symbols and that of the creatures she saw in her dream. Just the pictures alone were able to make General Zulu terrified and he told her that those kinds of creatures could not possibly exist.
  • Priestess Yen told him that he had to believe they existed if she could dream about them but then General Zulu asked her if truly those creatures were coming from them. Priestess Yen said yes and they all have to be prepared for the creatures and where they are coming from is presently unknown.
  • General Zulu knew his wife could never lie and had no reason to lie. So if his wife said those creatures were coming from them then they are truly coming. General Zulu told priestess Yen that he would discuss it with the Farl kingdom King so she should try to see if there is anything she can find concerning the creatures and kingdoms’ symbols in the Farl library.
  • General Zulu discussed what priestess Yen dreamt about with the fairy King showing him the drawings of the creatures and that his wife said the creatures are coming to the invisible world which means they all have to be prepared.
  • The fairy King was worried and scared when seeing the pictures knowing priestess Yen could only be telling the truth but he was confused because he had never seen or heard of such creatures before. The fairy King told General Zulu that he would call a meeting with the other Kings so they could discuss priestess Yen's dream.
  • Priestess Yen searched the whole of the Farl kingdom’s library for books and scrolls that might talk about the creatures and the kingdoms’ symbols but none did talk about them which means nothing of such was ever recorded in the invisible world history.
  • The Kings and council members of the invisible world met together to discuss priestess Yen's dream. They were all shown pictures of the creatures and told they were coming for them but they refused to believe them and asked priestess Yen where they were coming from. Priestess Yen said it is still unknown yet and they all said her dream comes from her reading too many books and nothing of such exists since it can never be found in their history. They all left the meeting agreeing the creatures were not real and weren’t coming for them.
  • Even though the other Kings didn’t believe them, the King of the Farl kingdom believed priestess Yen and called a meeting with priestess Yen, General Zulu, and the council of the Farl kingdom that they needed to be prepared for the creatures as the priestess had said so priestess Yen and General Zulu will be leading the preparation.
  • The kingdoms battled the Arkians for 2 days non-stop before they were all able to defeat the Arkians by killing them all. Even though the kingdoms win the battle, they suffer a great loss. A lot of soldiers' and generals' lives were lost and all those who survived were injured. Part of the armies that remained were not even up to half-quarters of those who began the battle. The kingdoms won but the sound of their cries was high because many lost part of their family.
  • Head General Ben separated from the other kingdoms' generals and armies when they got to the boundary that linked the kingdoms together. Head General Ben went to Arcadians with the Arcadian kingdom soldiers and generals, and the other generals also left for their kingdoms with their armies.
  • On the third day, Head General Ben got to the north Arcadian great wall with the soldiers and generals and saw all the dead bodies of the Arkians that were killed piled up at the gate. Just seeing them, head General Ben realizes Arcadians won the battle and the number of the Arkains must have been so high, and then he made his way into the Arcadian kingdom with the soldiers and generals.
  • As head General Ben walked through the city with soldiers and generals to the palace, he saw people crying over the loss of their family who died in battle. Seeing that hurt head General Ben a lot but still, he had to get to the palace to see the head King.
  • Getting to the palace, head General Ben made his way to the palace hall straight to see the head King after telling the soldiers and generals to go see their family but upon getting there he was told the head King was currently in the palace treatment hall receiving treatment, and then he made his way there.
  • Upon entering the palace treatment hall, head General Ben was surprised to see it crowded which was something that had never happened in their history because it was only meant for the royal blood. Head General Ben saw the surviving soldiers, generals, King Hartley, Prince Ranork, and Prince Ragon all receiving treatment in the hall at this same time from the royal physicians. Head General Ben also saw Queen Rebeca, Princess Aris, priestess Mary, and Alice close to King Hartley and the two princes since King Hartley and the two princes were next to each other.
  • Head General Ben was glad to see them all fine and walked toward them. Upon getting to them, they were all glad to see him except for Queen Rebeca who looked at him annoyingly. Head General Ben kneeled close to King Hartley and then he asked if King Hartley and the two princes were okay. The three of them answered that they were okay and head General Ben gave a sigh of relief and hugged King Hartley. Head General Ben also hugged the two princes telling them that he was proud of them, and then thanked the soldiers and generals for their hard work and bravery in protecting the Kingdom from the Arkians.
  • Queen Rebeca asked head General Ben the whereabouts of assistant General Suci and he explained to her he was currently on an errand.
  • After King Hartley and the two princes were done receiving their treatment, they left the hall with head General Ben to talk privately.
  • In Arcadian, the dead soldiers and generals were buried by nightfall and those soldiers who lost their lives while battling with head General Ben were also mourned, and their families were compensated. The same thing was also done in the other kingdoms, and It was announced in all kingdoms that all the Arkains had been fully defeated again so there was no need for anyone to be anxious anymore.
  • 3 DAYS LATER
  • Inside the council hall of the Arcadian kingdom were all the council members present including the two princes and Queen Rebeca to discuss but there were many seats left empty because of the death of many generals. Out of 30 generals that Arcadian have it only remained 7.
  • King Hartley was the first to talk and he praised the soldiers and generals for their bravery and hard work during the battles. King Hartley also talked about how sad he was that they had lost many soldiers and generals but it was all for the survivor of the kingdom. Then head General Ben said “truly we have won the battles and defeated the Arkains but that doesn’t mean we have ended them. We all know they are still coming even though it will take a while before they return. We need to begin the recruit of the soldiers and replace the vacant space of the dead generals”.
  • “The great General is right about that. We need to prepare for the next coming of Arkains even though they might arrive many years from now. We were prepared for their arrival is why we were able to defeat them. We need to start the recruits of the soldiers soon, train them, and fill in the space of the dead generals. And I think the great general and the two princes should be in charge of that” said King Hartley.
  • “I think we need to take things easy for now, your royal majesty” said the prime minister to King Hartley.
  • “What do you mean by that?” King Hartley asked.
  • “It has only been 4 days since the last battle and many were killed. I don’t think the people have gotten over the death of their sons. I don’t even think they are ready to release their son to join the army” said the vice prime minister.
  • “Yes, your majesty. The people are still sad and weak. The loss of their sons has taken a toll on them. They are still recovering from their death. I think we should wait until they are done recovering” said the minister of whispers.
  • “We can not wait until then. The people need to get over their deaths as soon as possible. They need to remember that the reason they are all still alive is because of their dead sons who sacrificed their lives to protect them. If we hadn’t prepared for the Arkains we might have lost the battles. We need to start preparing as soon as possible and we need their sons” said head General Ben to the ministers.
  • “You might be right about that but that is not what the people think, your excellency. The people think you are the cause of what happened………. According to the formation the minister for whisper gathered, the people said if you had listened to the priestesses’s request to fight behind the great wall then many wouldn’t have lost their lives” said Minister for finance to head General Ben.
  • King Hartley, Prince Ranork, Prince Ragon, and the generals were the only ones surprised to hear that while head General Ben smirked and then asked the ministers “are you saying the people are saying that I am the one responsible for the death of their sons?”.
  • “We don’t know if that is what they are saying but that is what we heard. And if the people could be saying that, I don’t think they will be ready to give up their sons for now” said the prime minister.
  • “And do you all think the people are right?” head General Ben asked the ministers.
  • None of the ministers answered head General Ben's question, then he said to the ministers “the Arkians I and the army battled were more than a million in number. So what do you think would have happened if they had joined the Arkains that attacked the kingdoms and attacked us at once?”
  • None of the ministers could answer head General Ben's question but Prince Ranork said “with the speed and strength of the Arkains, the people would also suffer in the hands of the Arkains if the Arkians joined together and attacked us as one”.
  • Prince Ranork's reply made head General Ben happy and he smiled clapping to show them how brilliant Prince Ranork was. Head General Ben said to ministers “you all heard the royal prince. He said that would make the people also suffer in the hands of the Arkians, and he was right. The people…..……..”.
  • Head General Ben was cut short of words when he saw two guards holding assistant General Suci at the right and left sides of his body as assistant General Suci's arms were crossed around their necks to help him walk, and they barged into the hall.
  • King Hartley was about to ask the guards the gut they had to barge into the hall but then everyone in the hall saw it was assistant General Suci the guards were holding because he was severely wounded in all parts of his body and covered in his blood. Seeing the assistant General situation, everyone was shocked and anxious. Queen Rebeca was the first to stand up anxiously and walked toward assistant General Suci before everyone stood up worriedly.
  • King Hartley, head General Ben, and the two princes also followed Queen Rebeca. As King Hartley, the two princes, head General Ben, and Queen Rebeca got to assistant General Suci, Queen Rebeca took him from the guard, held assistant General Suci in her arms and sat down placing his body on her legs, and looked at him to see he had began losing consciousness slowly. At that moment, Queen Rebeca was terrified and water filled her eyes and then she asked assistant General Suci what happened to him.
  • Assistant General Suci managed to look at Queen Rebeca, King Hartley, the two princes, and head General Ben before saying “they are coming. The Arkians are coming for us all”, and then fainted.
  • Queen Rebeca screamed out assistant General Suci's name trying to wake him up but he didn't and that made her terrified.
