Chapter 74
- Ryker
- I feel consciousness coming to me and as I open my eyes I see the sunlight peering through the curtains so I let my eyes adjust slightly then bring my eyes to the side and I see Arabella passed out still. The blanket is only partially covering her body so I stretch my arms up above my head and sit up, I pull the blanket up a little more over her body and she doesn’t move at all so she must still be tired from our hours of activities last night. I look at the clock after I get up and I see that it’s almost nine in the morning, so she may be sleeping a little longer today.
- After I take a much needed shower I get dressed and see that she is still asleep in the same position I left her in so I go downstairs to get some coffee started. I check my emails as the coffee brews, lots of requests for visits after the winter months because everyone knows that I don’t accept visits from outside packs during the winter because I don’t want pack leaders to get snowed in here, it’s just not smart to leave your pack for that long unless the situation calls for it.
