• Once we got on the plane she did seem a little nervous but that quickly passed with Conner and Brant keeping her distracted with card games. Watching her interact and get along with everyone in our pack in comparison to other Lunas like Chloe who are still good in their own way makes me feel incredibly lucky that Arabella, even though she is the youngest Luna in all packs right now has followed through on what she wanted to do as far as being a proactive leader and I really feel I can lean on her if I needed to.
• After the plane landed and we all took a quick breath of the air it felt good to be back in the mountains, even Arabella felt relieved to be back in a place that hasn’t been her home for very long. The drive back is only about forty-five minutes but it feels like the longest part of the entire trip considering we are so close to being back, and I can see that the higher elevated mountains have already gotten their first snowcap so it’s a good thing we came back when we did because it looks like the first big storm of the year will be hitting us sooner than expected.
