• My body was on fire, it felt like the skin was melting off my bones and I could feel myself screaming in pain at the sounds of the voices in my head and having to live through each one of their deaths, then it all just stopped and I didn’t feel anything or see anything. I feel consciousness creeping back up to me and I feel my eyes flutter open and once they’re open fully I see the sunlight in the room, my body feels heavier than ever but I try to slowly sit up. I’m very disoriented so I grab my phone and look at the time and it’s almost one in the afternoon on Saturday?
• How did I lose that many days? What happened? I rub my head and slowly get up out of bed feeling a little weak, probably from not having eaten anything in a few days, but my body feels gross so I drag my feet to the bathroom and start the shower hoping the hot water will relax my aching muscles.
