• I’m thinking about what Ryker told me and it’s really cool that Allister found something out about my mother’s lineage and I wonder if he told my mother but then I think that he had to have talked with her to get a starting point so I push it to the side for now because we are in the middle of listening to Garret address his pack. They are implementing curfew rules until things normalize for everyone’s safety and only a handful of their pack members have been given exceptions.
• Ryker doesn’t think we should do another patrol tonight unless something seems off and warrants a reason to investigate. I want us to find everyone quickly, because I want to go back home, I never thought that I would miss the smell of the mountains, but I’ve grown so used to it in the short time I have been there. I talked with Jasmine after I had finished my breakfast and she said that they got their first snow yesterday and thankfully it was only a light dusting of snow but it still wouldn’t be long before the heavy snow would start to set in, so another reason to make quick work here so we don’t get snowed out. I am also not a huge fan of the smell of the sea, it’s a different kind of cold and damp and the chill from the sea cuts straight to the bone.
