• As soon as they said their last word she bolts out the door making his instinct to chase kick in and I feel my body tense with Griffin trying to force his way forward, “No…just resist.”
• I try to sit as long as I can but it only lasts a few minutes before I feel him push forward just enough to control my movements without a shift and I feel us running out of the door to chase after them. I’m trying to regain control but he just isn’t giving in whatsoever, I see that pack members have parted out of the way even though she isn’t in the packhouse anymore and based on her smell isn’t anywhere near here either. We run down the stairs towards the front door and I’m sure we look ridiculous chasing after her but she was right and my guess is that the only reason she knew to play that card is because Maya has been itching for another run.
