• Every single time Levi spoke to Lila, she couldn't help but notice that something was different between them. She constantly found herself daydreaming about his long, slender fingers or maybe his face at times. Even though she did not want to admit it, she was sensing the growing feelings from her end and no matter what, she could not bring herself to accept it.
• "Levi Beaumont?" she murmured to herself as she stared in the mirror. After the buzz feeling from the charity event was over, she was now back to the worker she hated so much. It was still a mystery to her why she would be fired and given such a job that was below her but she did not think about it too much, as all she thought about was trying to please her mother and occasionally Levi found a way into her mind.
• "How can it be? How can I like him? It is impossible because I hate him and our families as well. Not only do I hate him because he is a Beaumont but also we have been rivals for the ongets time so this feeling must be fake and all in my head," she murmured as she got dressed.
