• "You are sorry? Is that all I get? No explanation of any sort? I came to this island to keep you company, and all you can say after leaving me here is that you are sorry?" Jasmine said, and Lila could imagine her rolling her eyes at her with her hands on her waist.
• "Well, let's not distort the facts; you did not come to keep me company; you came to spy on me," Lila replied with a laugh still on her lips. She did not know why but the effect that Levi left on her did not seem to wear off.
• "Potato potato," Jasmine replied, seeing she did not have a reasonable comeback. "Are you okay though?" Her voice was back to normal. "For you to just stand up and leave without any explanation, it must be serious."
