Chapter 82 Eighty Two

Lila put on the uniform and stared at herself in the mirror. She looked like a plain maid; she could not bring herself to believe that she was a CEO earlier in the morning, and now she was supposed to be a maid. She knew that it was going to be a hassle to discuss this with her mom, so she let it go. Maybe she was trying to punish her for making Elizabeth leave the house earlier this morning. She took a deep breath and packed her hair to match the outfit. She looked at herself again and tried to smile before leaving the room.
Her mother frowned as soon as she set her eyes on her. "What took you so long?" she asked.
"I was getting ready?' Lila replied in a sheepish voice as she stood beside her.
