Chapter 25 Twenty Five

• Alicia mind-linked to Greg to meet her at her house with a full-tanked car. She knew she couldn’t stay in the pack any longer if she didn’t want to fall prey to their plans. Knowing Leo, he might go to any length to achieve his aim, after all, he did it when he lied to marry her. Most importantly, she needs to find Margaret, she can’t believe that they both had the same fate in marriage and now thinking of it, she believes Margaret already knew that Eric was unfaithful. Agens’ pregnancy was already far gone to happen last week when they returned from war. Just why didn’t Margaret tell her? Sure, she didn’t have a happy marriage too but she was sure she would have given her a place to stay, this was her origin pack after all.
• As she packed the necessary things she needed, she realized that maybe Margaret didn’t come to her because she didn’t want her to pity her, could it really be?
