• She stared at her phone screen for 5 minutes, unsure of what to send as a reply. She could tell he was pissed that she had left without informing him. But what did he expect her to do? Stand there and smile while he danced around with that harlot? Oh no, she won’t; she could admit that she was clueless and naïve about certain things but never when it came to making a fool out of her.
• She was going to ignore his text and see what he would do. She had pride too. She decided not to return to her house as he could very well be waiting for her there. She would borrow something from Amber. They were the same size, after all.
• “Hey Amber, you still have that little black dress we bought together last summer?” she said, shutting the door and making her way back into the house.
