• Later that night, they were all watching TV and chatting when a news segment interrupted the game show. A blonde journalist stood on a darkened street that Luna recognized from just a few blocks away.
• “Breaking News: This evening a strange animal attack involving a man in Jeffersonville, Indiana has rocked the little town,” the reporter said. “A man in his early thirties was attacked tonight in the river port area by a red wolf after apparently trying to chase the wolf down.”
• When Dawson reached for the remote to avoid everyone from hearing, Luna glared at him, grabbing his hand. “I want to listen to this.”
