Chapter 24

• At a dinner in Raleigh, North Carolina Gunner and Zane were having dinner before the Saturday night TV taping. A man was sitting in the dive restaurant in a booth near the back brooding over a cup of coffee not far away. Gunner noticed him and could sense a wolf.
• He nodded toward the direction of the man. “Don’t look, but I think that’s a lone wolf. He must be on drugs or something. He’s been all fidgety and crazy-eyed. He keeps twitching.”
• Zane looked over his shoulder while eating his burger. “Yeah. I saw him when we came in. Something is not right with that guy. Probably tweaking on Lycan drugs.”
