Chapter 26

• A couple of days later they were home in Dee’s house in Indian and the couple had gone for a day out while Luna was writing the next chapter of her book. She was feeling better and even managed to spend time in the gym that morning.
• Huddled up on the couch in Dee’s big two-story farmhouse, she snacked on a bundle of grapes as she wrote. It had been raining all day and the house was chilly with an eerie feel about it she couldn’t put her finger on. Of course, nothing around her seemed normal lately, so she chalked it up to paranoia. After about an hour of silence in the creaky old farmhouse, a knock came at the door.
• Luna got up expecting the FedEx man with her Lycan book. When she opened the door a large, hooded figure stood before her picking up a package from the porch.
