Chapter 171

• Olivia opened her eyes slowly, her head pounding and her vision blurry. She blinked several times, trying to make sense of her surroundings. The room was dimly lit, with stone walls that gave off an eerie, cold feeling.
• She didn't recognize the place at all. Panic began to rise as she struggled to remember how she got there. The last thing she recalled was being with stopped by a young man who was asking her if she knew where to find the editorial agency of the city. That was all, then suddenly someone pressed a handkerchief on her face from behind, making her lose her consciousness.
• Taking the sight of her surroundings, she could tell that there was something going on that was beyond what she could understand. The man who had stopped her must have been part of the plan all along and she was too naive to have seen that coming.
