• Eric’s POV
• The evening air was crisp as I made my way to Elsa’s room. The pack house was unusually quiet, a stark contrast to the constant hum of activity that usually filled the halls. After the tour with Elsa, I decided to attend to some important Alpha business.
• We couldn’t meet with Uncle Rob and Aunt Sally as I had promised, but I told her I’d take her to see them later in the evening, and that was what I had come to do that evening as I walked towards her room.
