• AURORA'S POV
• I could tell that Alpha Connor was nervous. His heart started racing a little, and it scared me when he started doing that. Why was he nervous? Where was he taking me? And then I felt my own heart starting to race. And he looked over at me with wide eyes, like he was afraid of something.
• "Oh, it's a couple of hours. We stay pretty hidden. I need to tell you that it's nothing like your old pack. It's not as extravagant as the packhouse that you are used to." He explained. I could hear his heart rate racing still. Is that what he was nervous about? Was he worried that I would hate living in a smaller house or something? That made no sense to me.
