Chapter 66

• Connor and I spent some time in our room talking. I was trying to wrap my head around what had happened to me, and Connor was trying to understand everything that happened to me in the burning room. It made sense with all the screaming that I was doing, but he said that it didn't even seem real.
• So when we finally went downstairs to find everyone else, they were all in the sitting room on the bottom floor of the castle. Scarlett was still there, since Connor told her not to go anywhere, and she said that she wanted to stay and help us fight my father.
• I knew that she didn't like my father, but I didn't know how she felt about going up against her sister.
