Chapter 51

• We ran through the woods faster than I thought possible. It was really good to let Elsa out like this. I just wish it was for another reason. But I was determined to get there, hoping that we were going to get there before the pack was attacked. But nothing is ever that simple.
• We made it to the pack in record time, but it was completely silent.
• There was no one there. No one was around. Not a sound except for some crackling of the buildings that were on fire. We couldn't find anyone in the pack except a few dead people that obviously put up a fight and lost.
