• ALPHA CONNOR'S POV
• We searched high and low for Vera, but there was no sign of her. She somehow managed to hide her scent, and he lost her trail. She was a good warrior, and the guards on duty that had been watching her told me that she had been growing insane not being able to see me. So I don't know what sort of mindset she is in right now.
• We all went back to the village to meet and gather intel in case they might have seen something that wasn't important but could lead us to where she really was.
