• "Excuse me, miss, I was distracted and didn't see you," the man spoke with a baritone voice that sent shivers down her spine.
• She smiled at the man's gallantry, truth be told, she had been the one completely distracted and had been the one at fault for the collision between them.
• "No, please forgive me, I was the one at fault," she declared, returning his kindness with a smile. However, she didn't want to delay any longer and continued walking without looking back.
