Chapter 62 Getting Heated

• “That’s good. Now, make sure you lock your arms. Just aim for that can.” I don’t know how long we’ve been out here, but it’s been a while. I’ve never been one for guns, but I’m enjoying the lesson. I will be able to defend myself, and that makes me feel good.
• Being this close to Evan makes me feel good. I had forgotten how it felt to have his hands on me or him to hold me. I tried to hold onto that feeling over the years, but it faded with time. Evan has been positioning my body and keeping his body against mine in an attempt to help me learn how to shoot the guns. There were a few times that I got distracted just enjoying how he felt against me.
